Craig, thank you for your assistance with renting the motor coaches for our Alumni Days tours last week. I was especially please when I called on Thursday morning to see if you had wheel chair accessible buses. Your staff made a last minute change of buses to accommodate our needs. I can’t thank you enough for doing that. Those that were able to ride on the bus in their wheel chair talked about it the rest of the weekend. It made a significant difference in their experience returning to Ames and Iowa State University. Please be sure to thank those involved in the last minute change. It was very much appreciated. I will be in contact again next spring for Alumni Days. Have a good summer.

Merle provided professional, prompt and courteous bus service for our event. He listened to our requests and was where we needed him to be and when. He kept the bus warm and comfortable for everyone. Merle went above and beyond the call of duty when he assisted us with moving leftover food and water bottles from the bus to my car. We appreciate the service Merle provided for our event and look forward to future business with CIT and hope to have Merle as our bus driver again.
Hi Jeff, I can honestly say I have never been so blown away by such incredible service from a bus company in all of my years coaching debate and traveling around the country. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. We will be coming back year after year for this tournament and your company is a vital part of making that happen. To confirm, the bus we had fit 33 passengers, correct? Could you let me know the next bus size up and let me know how that might affect the price of an identical itinerary? I am already planning next year's trip. We plan to come with larger numbers. Garry was especially warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We would love to have him again next year if he were available!
Laura, On behalf of the ISU Steel Bridge Team, I'd like to thank CIT Signature for your assistance in planning and executing our trip to Seattle. We had fantastic drivers that were very polite, safe, and helpful. One driver even helped us get free admission to Devil's Tower by being politely persuasive! Our other drivers were on-time and picked us up exactly where we asked them to. The bus was clean, and despite the stinky students and learning to sleep in a seat, it was a comforting trip. I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with everything Saturday night. Everything was perfect!! The limo was there on time ( even a few minutes early) and he found us with no problem. The timing was perfect and we even got a few pictures with everyone with the limo and the driver was so patient with us. He asked the kids if they wanted to drive by anywhere on the way to the restaurant and they were very pleased with that. All the parents were pleased as well. I will definitely be using you guys again and will highly recommend you to anyone who needs limo service. Thanks again for all your help!
I highly recommend CIT Signature's services for a number of reasons - but, especially, for their professionalism and comfort. My company hosted a trip to a concert in Kansas City - and CIT went the extra mile for our guests. Our driver, Randy, was polite and friendly in a way that made him more like just a helpful neighbor who offered to drive somewhere. When we stopped in Bethany (MO) for a break, the bus pre-emptively shut itself down to prevent overheating. It was a simple matter of a low anti-freeze level (he carefully looked over the entire engine compartment to make sure there were no leaks). Randy corrected the issue and we were on our way, quickly. By the time were up to highway speed, again, he let me know that CIT had contacted another charter company in Missouri that happened to have a bus, nearby. That bus held its position until we passed and then followed us all the way to our destination. It was an extremely hot day (95+ with a heat index well over 100 degrees) and CIT wanted to make sure that nothing would go wrong that would delay our trip or leave us on the side of the road without the comfort of air conditioning. When we arrived early, Randy took us to our parking spot and then allowed everyone to stay cool and comfortable until it was time to go into the stadium - while also making clear that anyone who found themselves overheated was more than welcome to come back to rest during the show. Following the concert, he told me that CIT had sent ANOTHER bus down to Kansas City and that it would be following us all the way home. The show had run much later than anticipated, but neither Randy nor the backup driver gave the slightest indication that it was an issue, at all. They were gracious and understanding - despite knowing that the delay would mean driving back through the middle of a thunderstorm. There were no further issues with the engine (it never even ran slightly higher than normal), but they did not take any chance that something could go wrong. CIT's level of customer service and hospitality showed that they weren't simply driving us somewhere - we were in their care. It not only made CIT look first-rate, but made my company look good, by extension. I'm very grateful for that. Thank you!
