Each driver successfully passes background checks, medical examinations, drug and alcohol screenings, extensive behind-the-wheel training, and stringent classroom training with our Safety and Compliance Coordinator. Our drivers are also friendly and knowledgeable about our buses. If you ever have a concern on the road, we can help answer your questions. You deserve to sit back and relax on your trip, knowing you are in good hands.

We will pair you with one of our exceptional Customer Care Coordinators (C-Cubes). As your itinerary changes over the course of planning, reach out to your C-Cube with adjustments. In alignment with our safety protocols, our C-Cubes will also go over your trip with you, ensuring drivers meet their requirements of rest, hours of service, and drive time. These regulations address driver fatigue and help our drivers get the rest they need to stay alert and safely reach your destination.

To help ensure nothing gets in the way of your trip, our maintenance professionals are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and are committed to inspecting our vehicles every 10,000 miles. Our preventive maintenance practices help our vehicles last in performance and safety. We keep detailed documentation of every repair, component installation, and usage monitoring and replace needed materials before their lifecycle ends.
