How Do You Eat an Elephant?

masthead-innerpage-graphic

Watch my video below to see how I tackle eating an elephant. You know, those BIG tasks that need to be completed.

I have relied on consistent persistent actions to keep taking one bite at a time. I do place my tasks in one of the 4 quadrants and schedule time to tackle each one. It isn’t easy, but having worked on these skills prior to the slow down, continuing working on them during the slow down, is definitely helping me now that I am running 110 mph.

CIT Signature Transportation

We’re Hiring

Some of you may have been feeling the results of being “back on the street” and needing a motorcoach only to find no availability. We are rolling again, but while we are back on our feet, the strength of the industry is still not 100%. There are many reasons, but the largest reason is a lack of CDL drivers. There was a shortage before the pandemic, and with the increase in need for CDL drivers (Do you see the Amazon trucks, FedEX, UPS increasing in your neighborhood?) the shortage has been amplified. If you want a GREAT #viewfromtheoffice and want to serve others utilizing your driving skills and talents, contact us! We are hiring and training.

CAREERS

On the Road Again

Our 14 passenger executive van is BACK in service. One more way we know we are back on our feet. This month, this vehicle will be taking an FFA group to Indianapolis for their convention. This vehicle is not just for small moves. Our family took it to Washington D.C. and back. Let me know how you want to use this vehicle on your next trip.

Welcome Back

Welcome back, Rue Hines! It can be said once you have motorcoach in your blood, it never goes away. Our drivers have the skill to ensure you can #sitback #relax and #experiencethejourney

Where Will Gumby Go Next?

Most of our trips have been for athletics – middle school, high school, collegiate, clubs. While tours are still only a handful, Gumby and the drivers can still get out and about to see the sights. I wonder where he will be next?

In the News

As discussed earlier, driver shortage is having a profound impact across the country. It is a domino effect. Patience is key as we keep our grip on our dreams.
