20 Mar ISU Break Shuttles – Return to Campus

On March 18th Iowa State University released an update extending virtual instruction through the remainder of the spring semester. We were informed by Peter Englin in the Department of Residence Halls at Iowa State University that students can vacate the residence halls anytime from 5:00 PM March 20th to 12:00 PM May 9th. We also know many of our passengers reside off-campus. As stated in our previous email, we fully intend to honor your return ticket to Iowa State University. The day and time included in that email update still stand. Following the return to Iowa State University, there will be no further transportation for the remainder of the spring semester.
The return shuttle was part of a buy one, get one free (round-trip ticket) program when purchasing a shuttle from Iowa State to the Chicago area. Unless you purchased a one-way return to Iowa State only, there will be no refunds or credits granted.
