Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

When you think of gifts, do you think only of those you can buy at the store? Or do you channel your inner Grinch?

I like to think about my time and talent as the best gifts I can give. I recently took up embroidery. My grandmother stitched sets of dish towels for us. I am finally taking this up in her memory. It is easy for me to get lost in the stitches and stay up way too late, but this brings me joy. I cannot wait to see my family’s reaction.

I started simple.
Progress not perfection!

My gifts to you are of service. What can I do to ensure you can #sitback #relax and #experiencethejourney?

My heart grows 3 sizes when I realize when I give my gift of service to you, it is also a gift to our dispatchers and drivers. They trust our information and do not have to hunt it down. It is a beautiful domino effect.

So, what gift do you bring? How are you the Little Drummer Boy, bringing his finest gift?

John and Jeremiah attended the 2024 UMA Safety Management Seminar December 4-5 in Washington D.C. The gift of education will be shared with our drivers, and ultimately reach our passengers.

Our family will be on vacation over the holidays. Our vacation was already planned, but when your favorite college team is playing a few miles away, you must attend! Stockings will be stuffed with tickets this year. #CyclonePower

Thank you for understanding while our family uses the gift of time to be together not working. I will be out of the office December 24-January 5.

Alicia will be working from home. Nathan will be in the office to take care of your needs. Please note the office is CLOSED on December 24 and 25, January 1.
