And can you feel the love tonight?
It is where we are
It’s enough for this wide-eyed wanderer
That we got this far
And can you feel the love tonight
How it’s laid to rest?
It’s enough to make kings and vagabonds
Believe the very best
There was a time in CIT’s history when new vehicles were not part of our business model. It is hard to believe that our first new bus, 125, is no longer part of our fleet. I remember when it rolled onto the lot. At Christmas, we welcomed 139 and 140. This is how we ended our family vacation, bringing home the buses from Orlando. There is a special pride when you are the passenger and your two sons are the drivers!

Alas, this is a common look for me. During the Women In Buses Council meeting, I was sharing about all the fun we have networking!
Jeremiah took part in the New Era Council. This council met to discuss what it means to be a multi-generational business. Did you know only 30% of second-generation family businesses survive? We are doing the work now to ensure CIT is one of the 30%.
The banquet to close EXPO held a special moment for us. John presented the 2024 Vision Award to our nominee Michelle Petelicki of Panorama Tours in NJ. We were recognized in 2017 with this honor, and we know Michelle deserved this award. She is a 2nd generation owner. We are blessed to call her a friend. Panorama is part of our #TrustedFriendNetwork
At ABA we like to gather as a state and break bread. Iowa IS a destination state, and this group works hard to bring groups to Iowa. |
