What is an A driver?
- Has full time availability–Must work a minimum of 240 days a year. Evenings and weekends are required.
- Has mandatory dispatch–meaning that you are available when needed for driving unless you have pre-approved request for time off.
- Has the ability and desire to be over the road for multiple day tours. Motor coach drivers travel with their vacationing passengers. Driver hours are
- dictated by a tour schedule, and drivers may work all hours of the day, as well as weekends and holidays.
- Guaranteed first scheduling.
- Guaranteed pay through A driver agreement.
- Company contribution to health insurance.
What is a B driver?
- Is available 3-5 days a week, though they may not work every day they are available. Preference is given to drivers who are available evenings and weekends.

- Will have more flexibility of scheduling–this driver can dictate which days they want to work or which days they want to be off.
- The schedule may consist of: shuttle shifts, school trips, and short or long tours. The driver’s skill level and interests are taken into consideration when scheduling.
- Being available to work does not guarantee that the driver will be scheduled to work. This driver’s work is assigned only after the A drivers have been scheduled.
- This driver may not have work during slow periods (summer and winter breaks).
B Driver is perfect for:
- Recent retirees who would like to get paid to travel.
- People who aren’t relying on the job for their sole source of income.
- People who are interested in working their way up into A driver status.
What is a C/D driver?
- These are our weekend warriors or last minute people.
- Work 1-6 days per month.
- Available occasionally, or only for smaller pieces of time.
C or D driver is perfect for:
- People who have another full time job.
- People who want only occasional work, or only want to work a few hours a day.
