How am I going to return to better? By challenging myself to BE better. Go ahead, tell me I won’t. I will prove you wrong. Are you with me? Are you ready to silence the nay-sayers with me?
(Peek behind the current – today I struggle. I need to get out this newsletter. So, I listen to the song that spoke to me a week ago. Maybe by the end of the newsletter I’ll feel a bit better. Say I won’t. )
International Women’s Day was Monday, March 8th. It is also Women’s History Month. So, let’s celebrate some of our women drivers! Meet Amy, StephAnne, and Ashley. They continue to “dance” down the road in our beautiful motorcoaches. The view from their office is amazing!
We were honored to have Senator Ernst visit our facility on February 17th, listening to our story and needs while seeing how we continue to give back where we can.
As John expressed the need for small businesses to be heard to the reporter in the article below, you will need to scroll to paragraph 6 to “hear” him speak about how COVID has impacted our business. We will continue to speak…..
As the sun shines and we experience warm temperatures, I am looking ahead to Earth Day, Thursday, April 22nd. Did you know motorcoaches are the greenest form of passenger transportation? Here is a video from our trusted friend in Maine explaining one aspect of our “greenness”. Maybe you can start seeing us through a different lens.
On March 19th through March 26, John and I will be attending our first in-person meeting since January 2020. Our business management group will be meeting in MT. Responding to your transportation needs is still a priority, but as I ask staff to cover my role that is not their “normal”, please be patient as we strive to BE better and accept new challenges while meeting your needs.
We continue to wait for the roll out of the law passed on December 27th. The motorcoach industry had never asked for government financial assistance in the past, so this brings us challenges. Many questions need to be answered before the Treasury can roll it out to us. And we wait.
I’m gonna run
No, I’m gonna fly
I’m gonna know what it means to live
And not just be alive
The world’s gonna hear
‘Cause I’m gonna shout
And I will be dancing when circumstances drown the music out
Say I won’t
Give me a call. Let’s BE better and plan for future travel. I hear the music. Want to dance?
Smiles,
Kim Grzywacz
